- Harold Fannin Jr. Officially Named BGSU’s First Consensus All-AmericanBOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The NCAA officially announced its record book recognizes Bowling Green's tight end Harold Fannin Jr. as the consensus All-America tight end for 2024. This is not an original team but compiled from the five All-America teams that make up Consensus All-America team. Fannin is the first football consensus All-American in BGSU program history.

No BGSU football players has been named to either the first or second team of all five consensus All-America teams in the same season. The second-team accolade ends Fannin's quest of turning his consensus All-America status to unanimous.
- Harold Fannin Jr. Named to the FWAA All-America First TeamBOWLING GREEN, Ohio – Bowling Green tight end Harold Fannin Jr. has been named to his fourth consensus All-America first team after the Football Writes Association of America (FWAA) tabs him to the 2024 FWAA All-America team, presented by the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic as a wide receiver. Previously, Fannin has unofficially earned consensus first-team All-America status at a tight end with nods on the Walter Camp Football Foundation, AFCA and Associated Press All-America teams.

The AP All-America team is selected by a vote of the 45 Associated Press Top 25 voters. Previously, Fannin was named the first team tight end by the Walter Camp Football Foundation and the AFCA.
