BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA) has announced its pre-season rankings and awards as voted on separately by both the CCHA coaches and each CCHA teams' media members. For the team, the Falcons were selected to finish second in the Coaches Poll, receiving two first place votes as well. As for the Media Poll, Bowling Green was placed fourth with one first place vote.

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - Former Bowling Green hockey defenseman Jack Blake has signed a professional contract, joining the Atlanta Gladiators of the ECHL,an affiliate of the NHL's Nashville Predators. The contract marks the first pro deal of Blake's career with him being the second player to sign with the Gladiators, with former Falcon Ethan Scardina signing in 2025.

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - Former Bowling Green hockey forward Quinn Emerson has signed a professional contract to play at the next level, joining the Abbotsford Canucks, the AHL affiliate of the NHL's Vancouver Canucks. The contract marks the first pro deal of Emerson's career, adding him to the list of Falcons in professional hockey.

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - Former Bowling Green hockey defenseman Jackson Niedermayer signed a professional contract, joining the AHL's San Diego Gulls for the upcoming 2026-27 season. Niedermayer is one of three Falcons from this previous season to sign an AHL or NHL contract for the upcoming year.
