BGSU Hockey To Host Michigan, Denver As Part Of 2026-27 Schedule
BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University hockey team in partnership with the Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA) has announced the schedule for the upcoming 2026-27 season. As part of the upcoming schedule, the Falcons will welcome the defending National Champions Denver as well as Final Four participant Michigan to the Slater Family Ice Arena this season.

BGSU's Gustav Stjernberg Signs with the Colorado Avalanche
BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – Former Bowling Green Falcons men's ice hockey defenseman Gustav Stjernberg has signed a two-year NHL contract with the Colorado Avalanche beginning with the 2026-27 season, the organization announced Thursday. Stjernberg will join the Colorado Eagles of the American Hockey League on an AHL contract for the remainder of the 2025-26 campaign.
Former Falcon Jackson Niedermayer Signs First Pro Contract with Tulsa Oilers
BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – Former Bowling Green Falcons men's ice hockey defenseman Jackson Niedermayer has signed his first professional contract, joining the Tulsa Oilers of the ECHL, the organization announced Thursday.
