RV Falcons to Host Wildcats in Final CCHA Action of 2025
BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green ice hockey team will host Northern Michigan in the second of back-to-back home series this weekend, Dec. 5-6. Following this weekend's series, the Falcons will enjoy a three-week break from action, until they host the US National Team Development Program on Dec. 29. Puck drop for Friday's game against the Wildcats is slated for a 7:07 p.m. puck-drop, and Saturday's action is set to begin at 6:07 p.m.
Noah Morneau Earns CCHA Rookie of the Month Honors
The Central Collegiate Hockey Association has released its list of players of the month for the month of November. Bowling Green's Noah Morneau has earned Rookie of the Month honors, on top of his previously earned Forward of the Week (11/17) and Rookie of the Week (11/10) awards.
Emerson's Late Goal Clinches Sweep for Falcons
BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green ice hockey team battled the Princeton Tigers in the series finale on Saturday night, winning a tight contest 4-3 after Quinn Emerson scored the go-ahead goal with just under three minutes remaining. Jacob Steinman got the nod in goal, making 19 saves. Goalscorers for the Falcons were Jackson Niedermayer, Brett Pfoh, Tyler Hotson and Quinn Emerson en route to the sweep.
Falcons Cruise to 4-1 Win Over Princeton
BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green ice hockey team battled the Princeton Tigers on Black Friday, cruising to a 4-1 victory. Jaden Grant, Connor Levis, Dominik Rymon and Tyler Hotson each got on the scoresheet for the Falcons. Tyler Palmer made his fourth start of the year, making 17 saves in the game and improving his record to 3-0-1.
BGSU Ice Hockey to Compete in 2026 Ice Breaker Tournament
The Bowling Green ice hockey team is set to compete in the 2026 Ice Breaker Tournament, co-hosted by Sacred Heart and UConn on Oct. 9-10, 2026. Along with the two host schools, Bowling Green and Penn State round out the field for the two-day tournament.
