- OHSAA Regional Hockey Returns To Slater Family Ice ArenaBOWLING GREEN, Ohio - OHSAA Regional Hockey is returning to Bowling Green State University for the first time in over 25 years. The Northwest Hockey Regional will be played at Tam O Shanter before coming to the Slater Family Ice Arena on the campus of Bowling Green State University on Saturday, Feb. 15 for the Quarterfinals and the remainder of the tournament.
- Four Falcon Coaches Set To Join Full Coaches Show Slate Monday NightBOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The weekly Falcons Nest Coaches Show presented by Fricker's, returns Monday night (Feb. 11) on Falcon Sports Radio Network stations. The "Voice of the Falcons" Todd Walker will be joined live at Fricker's by four guests for a full show. Head men's basketball coach Todd Simon will begin the show at 6 p.m. followed by head baseball coach Kyle Hallock. The show will hit the midway point with head softball coach Michelle Gardner joining while head gymnastics coach Brittney Emmons will wrap up the hour.

- Gavin Ganun’s Two Home Runs Fuel BGSU Comeback As Falcons Win In ExtrasMURFREESBORO, Tenn. – The Bowling Green State University baseball team picked up the series win on Saturday (Feb. 15) with a come-from-behind victory over Middle Tennessee. After falling behind 8-1 through six innings, the Orange and Brown worked inning-by-inning to claw their way back in, forcing extras before taking the 12-9 final in 11 innings. With the win, the Falcons exit the weekend with a 2-1 record, their best opening weekend record in three years.
- Tuesday Baseball Against Cincinnati CanceledBOWLING GREEN, Ohio – Due to current and anticipated weather and conditions, Tuesday's (Feb. 18) baseball against the University of Cincinnati has been canceled. At this time, no makeup date has been set for the contest. The Falcons are still scheduled to play Middle Tennessee on Saturday (Feb. 15) at 4 p.m EST to conclude the opening series of the season.

- Full Team Effort Sends Falcons To Road Victory Over BuffaloBUFFALO, N.Y. - The Bowling Green State University men's basketball team picked up a road win over the Buffalo Bulls on Saturday (Feb. 15), claiming a 63-59 final in the game. The win evens the all-time series between Bowling Green and Buffalo through 50 games and gives BGSU three straight wins over Buffalo, including two this season. For Bowling Green, the win pushes the Falcons to 4-8 within MAC play while being 10-15 overall on the season.
- Falcons Fly To Buffalo For Saturday Squabble With BullsBUFFALO, N.Y. - The Bowling Green State University men's basketball team will head on the road for the first time in in two weeks, flying to Buffalo, N.Y. to take on the Buffalo Bulls. Bowling Green and Buffalo are scheduled for a 2 p.m. start inside Alumni Arena on Saturday (Feb. 15), marking the 50th meeting all-time between the two teams. The game between the Falcons and Bulls will be available to stream on ESPN+ with Todd Walker having the radio call on WFRO Eagle 99 for the Falcons.

- Falcons Golf Finishes Fifth in The Match PlayDADE CITY, Fla. – The Bowling Green Men's Golf Team finished their first tournament of the 2025 competitive spring season. In match-play the Falcons went 2-1-0 with round two and three wins over the Central Michigan Chippewas and USC Upstate Spartans. For BGSU this was the first tournament of the 2025 competitive season and the Falcons placed fourth out of 14 teams. Sophomore Sammie Dolce finished fourth as an individual at the tournament with a career low round of 69 (-2) in the third round. Freshman Macie Elzinga finished in 10th place for the highest finish of her BGSU career.
