NPHC was founded in 1930 at Howard University in Washington, D.C., with the purpose of fostering unity and cooperation among its member organizations and advocating for the interests of Black college students. This training is for full-time faculty (QRF and TTF) submitting documentation of their achievements in teaching/librarian effectiveness, scholarly/creative work, and service for review for merit or other faculty reviews, with a focus on those colleagues who are just getting started at BGSU.
