The evidence behind the program demonstrates that it builds mental health literacy, providing an action plan that teaches people to identify and address a potential mental health or substance use challenge safely and responsibly.Blended Two-Day Training: Oct. 3 & 10 | 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM | Jerome Library 142Blended One-Day Training: Nov. 15 | 9 AM – 3:15 PM | Bowen-Thompson Student Union 316Higher Education Specific Training: Dec. 19 | 9 AM– 5:30 PM | Bowen-Thompson Student Union 315 Full in-person training specific for the higher education settingVirtual Blended Training: Jan. 9 & 10, 2025 | 9 AM – 12:15 PM | ZoomSkills-based training that teaches people how to identify, understand, and respond to signs and symptoms of a mental health or substance use challenge in adults ages 18 and over.
