- DescriptionBGSU “Grad Daze” will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 6 and Thursday, Nov. 7, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Falcon Outfitters inside the Bowen-Thompson Student Union.Caps and gowns will be available to purchase, and you can pick up honors cords (if eligible) at this time.Falcon Outfitters is open daily for you to purchase your cap and gown, or other graduation items. Items are also available online. If you have further questions regarding Falcon Outfitters merchandise, call 419-372-2851 or toll free 866-517-9766.

Develop and/or advance your understanding of socialization. Clarify your understanding of gender identity, gender expression, sex assigned at birth, and various orientations. Learn about US LGBTQ+ policies/law, specifically in the state of Ohio. Identify job-relevant behaviors and techniques rooted in allyship. Develop an action plan.
