- DescriptionAll current students and alumni are welcome!The Michael and Sara Kuhlin Hub for Career Design and Connections is hosting the Spring 2025 Falcon Career Showcase on Wednesday, Feb. 12, in the Bowen-Thompson Student Union.The Falcon Career Showcase allows students and alums attendees to network and make meaningful connections with employers looking to hire current and former Falcons seeking experiential learning and full-time employment opportunities.Student registration is encouraged but optional. Registration for employers closes one week prior to the event day.

Our goal is to provide future teachers with the resources and opportunities they need to succeed and make an impact while at BGSU and in their future classrooms.About the professional development session Dr. Art Lewandowski will lead this professional development session on Navigating Controversial Topics in the Classroom. Educators will learn strategies to facilitate respectful, unbiased discussions while fostering critical thinking and open dialogue. The session will cover best practices for managing differing viewpoints, addressing student concerns, and responding to challenges from parents or the community. - Feb 126:00 PMStudy Nights in the RADNeed a location to study with your friends? Want to work on a group project? Or just want to be around other students to hold yourself accountable? Take action by coming to study in the Radbill Center on Wednesday nights from 6-8pm. These study sessions will be hosted by Life Design Student Ambassadors who bring fun energy to long study nights! Study Nights in the Rad begin January 29th and continue until April 23rd. Snacks will be provided!The Radbill Center, known as the RAD, is a space for all students to find their place on campus. With a coffee (and tea and hot chocolate) station, along with tables and comfortable seating, the RAD is a great place to hang out, study, work on group projects or relax! Donated items will benefit the Wood County Hospital SANE Department and Community Outreach programs. We are seeking new hygiene products, clothing, and other items, including but not limited to:TissuesShampoo/conditionerSoapDeodorantWashclothsTowelsLotionToothbrushes/toothpasteHair brushes/combsMouthwashToilet paperMenstrual productsLaundry soap/pods and dryer sheetsHatsGlovesFootwear (shoes and socks)Pregnancy clothingWinter clothingSweats/sweatshirtsBlanketsSleeping bags (for 0-10 degree cool weather)Water resistance coats/clothingCoats/jackets (adults)BootsIf you wish to donate, you can buy items from the Donation Drive Wishlist and have them delivered to the CWGE or drop off donations in 280 Hayes Hall. The donation drive runs for the whole month of February.
