Planetarium Event: Starlit Stanzas: Creative Poetry Writing Under the Dome

Description
Join us in the Planetarium for a special evening program filled with inspiration, creative writing and poetry readings. Poets have been inspired by the night sky for centuries. Come be inspired and write your own poetry after viewing the simulated night sky and other astronomical sights in the Planetarium. The program will begin with readings and discussion of several poems inspired by astronomy or the night sky, each paired with planetarium visuals.Public stargazing on the roof will follow the program, weather permitting.$2 donation suggested for all planetarium events.
