Everyone who registers for this training will receive a free copy of the workbook!In these 45-minute guided sessions, we’ll explore practical tools and evidence-based strategies to help recognize, process, and recover from burnout. Each session will focus on key themes from the workbook, offering space for reflection, conversation, and connection.
