Exercise, nutrition, and engaging in intentional self-care activities are extremely important and can have an impact on our energy levels, productivity, mental well-being and more.Throughout the challenge, earn points by achieving daily goals at least 5 days per week! Use the provided habit tracker to log your progress and receive weekly emails with tips, resources, recipes, and motivation. Receive accountability and support from other Falcons who are also striving for five!Move your Body - 30 minutes a dayFuel your Body - Eat 5 or more servings of fruits + veggiesCalm Your Mind – Take at least 5 minutes a day to intentionally relax your mind and body. Engage in mindfulness, meditation, journaling, stretching or any self-care activity.Join as an individual or as part of a team. No limit on team size. Interested in a friendly competition? There is an option to compete with others in the challenge. The top 2 teams and top 3 individuals with the highest points win a special reward!

The NPHC intent to join form will be open May 22 through Oct. 1.The National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) is a collaborative organization composed of nine historically Black Greek-letter organizations (BGLOs) or sororities and fraternities. NPHC was founded in 1930 at Howard University in Washington, D.C., with the purpose of fostering unity and cooperation among its member organizations and advocating for the interests of Black college students. Today, the primary purpose and focus of member organizations remains community awareness and action through educational, economic, and cultural service activities. The individual member is also expected to align with a graduate and/or alumni chapter, following graduation from college to perpetuate the purpose of the council and their individual organizations.Questions? This planetarium show is for astronomy enthusiasts ages 3 to 103! Follow along on an alphabetical sampler of all things astronomical – A is for asteroids, B is for black holes, C is for comets, S is for stars, Z is for zodiac, and much more. This full-dome show was produced by Milwaukee’s Daniel M. Soref Planetarium and inspired by Dr. Dale Smith’s show ALPHABET UNIVERSE, which can also be seen at the Planetarium this week.$2 donation suggested for all planetarium shows.

An astronomical sampler with a bit of everything. Twenty-six topics from A to Z cover the Universe from skywatching to planets, stars, and galaxies. This classic show by Dr. Dale Smith premiered in 1998 and inspired the 2021 show A TO Z ASTRONOMY from the Milwaukee Public Museum, which can also be seen at the Planetarium this week.Public stargazing will follow the show, weather permitting.$2 donation suggested for all planetarium shows.
