BGSU Men's Hoops Adds Future Falcon Aiden Goins
BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University men's basketball program and head coach Todd Simon announced the signing of Aiden Goins on Thursday (Nov. 21). A 6-foot-9 center, Goins will join the Falcons after playing this year with Walters State of the NJCAA. Goins is the third signee for Bowling Green, joining forward Camden Karel and guard Makhi Leach.

Aiden Goins is currently suiting up for Walters State in the Tennessee Community College Athletic Association. Through the first five games of the season, Goins is averaging 17.2 points per game while shooting 58.9-percent from the field and 60-percent from three on 15 attempts. Goins has scored double-digit points in each game so far this season, including two 20-point games led by a season-high 26 against Georgia Highlands College. Goins is averaging 7.0 rebounds per game as well, including a season-high 13 against Roane State Community College to go along with 21 points for his first double-double of the season.
Prior to Walters State, Goins spent the 2023-24 season with Motlow State. Over 29 games with the Bucks, Goins averaged 13.9 points per game while shooting 50.9-percent from the field and 44.2-percent from three. He averaged 6.2 rebounds per game, posting three double-doubles over the course of the season. Goins tallied 20 double-digit scoring games for Motlow State, including a season-high 31 on the road at Jackson State.

A native of Maricopa, Ariz., Kimbrough was named an NJCAA Division I All-America Honorable Mention as well as All-Region Honors this past season in the NJCAA's Region 4.
