Celebrating BGSU Fall 2024 Commencement, by the numbers
Each graduating class at Bowling Green State University has a unique story to tell.
There are stories of perseverance, determination, obstacles overcome and new discoveries made — all culminating with the long-anticipated and triumphant walk across the commencement stage.
BGSU Commencement offers an opportunity to not only celebrate the momentous achievements of students earning their degrees but also the new journeys on which they’re embarking.
The Fall Class of 2024 represents the diverse interests of BGSU students and the limitless opportunities available at the No. 1 university in Ohio for student experience and opportunities.

The University's 311th Commencement activities will begin at 7 p.m. on Dec. 13 with the Doctoral Hooding and Graduate College Ceremony for doctoral and master's degree candidates. The Undergraduate Ceremony for bachelor's and associate degree candidates from all BGSU colleges will take place at 10 a.m. on Dec. 14.
For graduates or guests unable to attend, ceremonies will be livestreamed on BGSU YouTube and BGSU Facebook.
Graduates are encouraged to share their photos on social media using the hashtags #BGSUGrad and #BGSU2024.
