Recap: Garcia Leads Falcons in Golden Grizzlies Intercollegiate
ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. – The BGSU men's golf team competed in the Golden Grizzlies Intercollegiate this past weekend, Sep. 13-14. The tournament was hosted by Oakland University and was played at the Katke-Cousins Golf Course, a par 71 course with a total yardage of 7,204. BGSU finished 12th overall, posting a score of 916 across three rounds of play.
Newcomer Pedro Garcia led the way for the Falcons, as he fired a 220 (+7) over three rounds of play and finished tied for 22nd overall. Sophomore Andrew Lee and newcomer Angelo Luciani also posted solid scores, as they shot 228 (+15) and 230 (+17) respectively.
