BGSU will begin the stretch on Saturday (Dec. 21), hosting St. Thomas in a 2 p.m. tip. The Falcons will then transition to a Monday (Dec. 23) contest against Aquinas College at 3 p.m. The two games will mark the final non-conference opponents for the Falcons before MAC play begins on Jan. 3 at home against Akron. - Falcons Conclude Historic Season With Electric Five-Set Finish In NIVC ChampionshipTUCSON, Ariz. – The Bowling Green State University volleyball team concluded their historic run in the NIVC Championship Tuesday night (Dec. 17) against Arizona. The Falcons and Wildcats traded sets through the first four up until Arizona took the fifth for the match. As a team, the Falcons landed 10 aces in the match, breaking the program's single-season aces record. Additionally, Alexis Mettille secured her spot in the BGVB record book, breaking the program records for single-season and career hitting percentages.
