BGSU Men's Cross Country Sets New PRs at George Dales Invite
KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Bowling Green men's cross country team placed eighth at the George Dales Invitational on Friday, finishing with 221 points in a nine-team field.
KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Bowling Green men's cross country team placed eighth at the George Dales Invitational on Friday, finishing with 221 points in a nine-team field.
Junior Micah Bentley led the Falcons with a 31st-place finish, clocking 26:00.5 in the 8k. Junior Luke Woolard set a personal best of 26:16.8 to place 40th, while senior Bryce Weber shattered his previous mark by more than 30 seconds with a 26:57.8 for 60th.
Sophomore Owen Zaumeyer opened his season with a 26:33.4 for 47th. Ashton Boyd and Wyatt Ulbricht crossed together at 27:24.4, followed closely by Isaak Rubley at 27:24.7. Jim Trzaska rounded out the lineup in 29:40.8.
The Falcons continue their season at the Paul Short Collegiate Open in Bethlehem, Pa., on Friday, Oct. 3.

BGSU finished 12th overall, posting a score of 916 across three rounds of play.
