BGSU Wins Falcon Invite with 16 Points
BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green women's cross country team won the Falcon Invitational 6k on Saturday. In a field of eight teams, the Falcons scored 16 points.
BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green women's cross country team won the Falcon Invitational 6k on Saturday. In a field of eight teams, the Falcons scored 16 points.
The winning effort was led by senior Kylee Cubbison with a 20:34.9 mark (1st), followed closely on the podium by Rachael Withrow, who ran a 20:52.0 (3rd). Lexi Panning (21:11.0) crossed fifth and Regina Rose (21:14.5) finished sixth.
Rachael Hoover notched a ninth place finish at 21:41.3. Marissa Boone (24th) ran a 22:32.4 and Emma Hellwege (28th) hit a 22:37.8, rounding out the Falcons' top seven.
Reese Reaman (22:50.5) and Amelia Barilla (22:52.2) placed 32nd and 25th overall, respectively. Nora Ritting (23:12.1) punctuated the race, finishing 43rd.
