BGSU Basketball To Join Coaches Show, Featuring Martin, Chmiel
BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The weekly Falcons Nest Coaches Show presented by Fricker's, returns Monday night (Feb. 3) on Falcon Sports Radio Network stations. The "Voice of the Falcons" Todd Walker will be joined live at Fricker's by two guests, both of the basketball variety. Men's basketball assistant coach Bryce Martin will open the show at 6 p.m. with Walker. Following Martin will be head women's basketball coach Fred Chmiel.

The men's basketball team will be returning home to the Stroh Center for their next three contests. Bowling Green will open the homestand on Tuesday (Feb. 4) against Northern Illinois with a 7 p.m. start with the game being Black History Night. The week will conclude on Saturday (Feb. 8) for the Falcons, hosting Coastal Carolina as part of the MAC-Sun Belt Challenge. The Falcons and Chanticleers will be set for a 2 p.m. tip with the theme being Snow Day.
The women's basketball team is coming off a come-from-behind road victory over Central Michigan on Saturday (Feb. 1). The team rallied from a 12-point second-half deficit to capture a 76-69 win. In the week ahead, the Falcons will remain on the road heading to Muncie, Ind. on Wednesday to face league-leading Ball State for a 6:30 p.m. tip. The road trip will include on Saturday (Feb. 8) with the second leg of the MAC-Sun Belt Challenge, sending the Falcons to Arkansas State for a 3 p.m. EST start against the Red Wolves.
