BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green Men's Golf team will open the 2025 competitive spring portion of their season at the Match Play on Monday Feb. 10 – Tuesday Feb. 11. The tournament hosted by Ball State will consist of match play match-up with the team with more points moving on to the next round. The shot gun start is scheduled for 8:30 am at Lake Jovita Golf & Country Club in Dade City, Fla.
 
Notables 

• The Match Play tournament will feature three schools from the Mid-American Conference: Central Michigan, Ball State and Bowling Green 
• The Falcons will face-off against Loyola-Chicago in the first round, who they saw this past fall at the Dayton Flyer Invitational 
• BGSU will have potential to compete against Central Michigan, Dayton and Richmond all of whom they saw in the fall season 
• If the Orange and Brown win their first round match up against the Ramblers, they would face the winner of the Richmond/Central Michigan
