Meet Preview: BGSU Hosts First Meet of the Season
BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green cross country program will host the Mel Brodt Collegiate Open on Friday, Sept. 12. It will be the Falcons' first home meet of the season.
The day will start with the Falcon Fanatics Alumni 5k Race at 4:45 p.m. Then, the men's 8k will begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by the women's 6k at 6:10 p.m. Both races include runners from Bowling Green and Toledo, and it will be the second time this season the Falcons square off against the Rockets.
Following Mel Brodt, Bowling Green will travel to Bethlehem, Pa. for the Paul Short Run on Oct. 3.
