Women's Golf Unveils Fall 2025 Schedule
BOWLING GREEN, Ohio -- The BGSU Women's Golf team has unveiled its fall schedule for the 2025-26 season, featuring four familiar tournaments that the Falcons have enjoyed success at in previous seasons. The announcement comes with high expectations for the team, as they earned their highest ever finish at the MAC Championships in May 2025.
The team will open play for the season at the A-Ga-Ming Invitational, hosted by Central Michigan University on Aug. 31-Sep. 1. The Falcons finished second overall at the A-Ga-Ming in 2024, with an overall score of +52 over par.
A week later, on Sep. 8th-9th, the team will travel to Normal, Illinois, to compete in the Redbird Invitational hosted by Illinois State University. Following a couple of off weekends, the Falcons will then travel to Iowa City, Iowa for the Diane Thomason Invitational, hosted by the University of Iowa.
BGSU will then close out its fall season in Manhattan, Kansas at the Powercat Invitational, hosted by Kansas State University on Oct. 20th-21st. This season will mark the second year that the Falcons have attended the Powercat, and they will look to improve on a fifth place finish in 2024.
The BGSU Women's Golf team will look to build on a successful 2024-25 season, which saw them earn their first ever postseason tournament invite, and had three golfers earn individual tournament wins this summer.
