BGSU Women’s Golf Wins Dolores Black Falcon Invitational
BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green women's golf team won the Dolores Black Falcon Invitational on Sunday afternoon shooting a 586(+18) over two rounds of play. The Orange and Brown collected their first win at the Dolores Black Falcon Invitational since the 2021-22 season when BGSU shot a 595(+19) over two rounds. This marks Bowling Green's first win since the 2023-24 season at the Tennessee Tech's Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate on March 19th, when the Falcons came in first out of 11 teams.

- BGSU recorded their first tournament win of the season and fifth top five finish as a team
- The Orange and Brown had three golfers finish in the top 10: Sammie Dolce (2nd), Ava O'Sullivan (4th), Macie Elzinga (6th)
- Dolce jumped six spots in the final round to finish second and record a 69(-2), which was the tournaments lowest round score
- The Falcons lead all teams in birdies and pars with 22 and 109, respectively
- Elzinga tied for the tournament lead in pars with 26
- Bowling Green recorded the two lowest team round scores with a +8 and +10 in the first and second rounds
