Thornton and Mendez Abolnik Lead BGSU at 2025 MAC Championship
MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – The Bowling Green State University gymnastics team concluded the 2025 season at the MAC Championship, which was hosted by Central Michigan at McGuirk Arena on Saturday afternoon.
Katrina Mendez Abolnik had the fourth-best vault score with a 9.825, while Keira Thornton closed the meet with a season-high 9.850 on floor. Thornton's floor score tied for No. 9 on the afternoon.
Megan Bingham rounds out the top Falcon performers with a 9750 on bars, which was tied for No. 13 in the meet.

• Mendez Abolnik's vault score was tied for No. 4 in the meet.
