BGSU Hosts Western Michigan on Sunday for a Think Pink Meet

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green gymnastics team returns home on Sunday afternoon to host Western Michigan in a MACtion meet at the Stroh Center. The Think Pink Meet starts at 2 p.m.

MEET INFO  
• Live results and live video are available via BGSUFalcons.com.  
• The Meet is Think Pink and National Girls and Women in Sports Day.
• There will be a Kids Clinic ($5) after the meet with the BGSU gymnastics teams and coaches. Signups will be on the concourse during the meet. 
 
ADMISSION AND ATTENDANCE GUIDELINES
• Admission for Sunday's meet is $6 ($5+$1 fee). Gates open at 1 p.m.
• Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets ahead of time online. 
• The concession stand will open at 1 p.m.
• All parking lots surrounding the Stroh Center are free of charge
• All bags will be checked upon entrance into the Stroh Center. No outside food or drink will be allowed.

IN THE RANKINGS 
• Bowling Green is ranked No. 58 in the nation per Road to Nationals. Western Michigan comes in at No. 44. 
• Bowling Green is ranked No. 49 on vault, No. 57 on floor, No. 62 on bars and No. 69 on beam.
• WMU is No. 33 on bars and floor, No. 34 on vault and No. 65 on beam. 
 
ALL-TIME SERIES 
• BGSU has dropped eight in a row to WMU and the all-time record against the Broncos stands 29-24-1 in favor of the Falcons. BGSU's last win against WMU was in 2019 at Anderson Arena.
• BGSU dropped the lone meeting in the 2024 season, 196.425-194.825

WESTERN MICHIGAN
• WMU is 4-6 on the season and coming off a MAC win over Eastern Michigan last time out. WMU is 1-2 against MAC foes with losses to Kent State and Ball State.

LAST WEEK 
• BGSU placed third in Towson's quad-meet last time out. BGSU topped William & Mary and was in the running to beat Illinois State but wasn't able to make the move after its bars routine. 
• BGSU posted a 48.425 on beam, which is the best team score in the event this season. 
Teegan Milligan made her collegiate lineup debut on beam, scoring a 9.400. She previously competed in exhibition in 2024. 
Elise Brzoska recorded a season-high 9.725 on beam. 
Emily Gianfrancesco set a personal best on beam with a 9.800, the highest beam score by a Falcon this season. 
Keira Thornton earned a season-best 9.700 on bars. 
Megan Bingham finished second in the all-around with a 38.500.
