Liu reaches Singles and Doubles Semifinals, as BGSU Tennis goes 6-5 on Day One of the Eastern Michigan Invitational
YIPSILANTI, Mich. – The Bowling Green Falcons began the Eastern Michigan Invitational on Friday, September 20, 2024, and are set for more matchups tomorrow.
BGSU went 6-5 on day one with more matches to come tomorrow after a rainy first day of tennis. Notably, sophomore Tia Clemens reached the finals of her draw. Additionally, six falcons reached the semifinal of their respective draws, including Qianyu Liu in her first appearance in a BG uniform. In doubles, Qianyu Liu/Lucia Gaio reached the semifinals of their draw. Results from day one draw's can be found below.
