Falcon Tennis Grounded by RedHawks

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green Tennis (9-8, MAC 0-4) team fell to the Miami RedHawks (5-8, MAC 4-0) by a score of 7-0 on Friday afternoon in Perrysburg. In the loss, three Falcons were able to force a third set or a tiebreaker in singles.

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green Tennis (9-8, MAC 0-4) team fell to the Miami RedHawks (5-8, MAC 4-0) by a score of 7-0 on Friday afternoon in Perrysburg. In the loss, three Falcons were able to force a third set or a tiebreaker in singles. 
 
The bright spot for the Orange and Brown came at No.1, No.2 and No.6  singles with Tia Clemens, Isabella Baker and Lucy Gaio coming back to win the second set to force a third and deciding set/tiebreaker. Notably, Clemens lost a close third set that went to a final tiebreaker

  2. Denysiewicz-Slowek/Malu Oliveira (MIA) def. Liu/Adamopoulou (BGSU), 6-0
  3. Saravanan/ Joyce (MIA) vs. Fonseca/Gaio (BGSU), 4-2 (unfinished)
