Western Michigan Tops Bowling Green in Season Finale
PERRYSBURG, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University women's tennis team fell to the Western Michigan Broncos on Friday afternoon, 5-2, at the Perrysburg Tennis Center. The Orange and Brown picked up two points from winning the doubles point and No. 5 singles.
Lucia Gaio and Leticia Fonseca took No. 1 Doubles, 6-4, while Qianyu Liu and Konstantina Adamopoulou took No. 3 Doubles, 6-2, to give BGSU the early lead.
Tia Clemens and Gaio each went to three sets but fell in singles and securing the victory for WMU.
