- DescriptionTake a break, find calm and explore hidden gems across the BGSU campus.Hosted by the Office of Health and Wellness, this FREE summer series invites students, faculty, staff and community members to discover unique campus locations while engaging in guided mindfulness activities.Each week features a new destination known for either its engaging activities or soothing environment. Whether you’re looking to relax, connect with others or simply see something new, Mindfulness Mondays are a refreshing way to start your week with intention._____________________________PROGRAM SCHEDULE All sessions are one hour long.
