- Apr 12All dayCollege of Musical Arts Junior Audition DayJunior Audition Day, an annual event hosted by BGSU's College of Musical Arts, gives high school juniors the opportunity to participate in a mock audition - a practice run to see what auditioning for college is like. This is an invaluable experience and a chance to meet the faculty, too! In addition, there will be activities such as info sessions on BGSU's College of Musical Arts and how to prepare to be a music major, tours, a Q&A with current students and more.Requirements for participation in Junior Audition Day: All auditionees should prepare two contrasting solo selections, scales, and anticipate possible sight reading at their audition. Please keep in mind this event is geared to be a learning experience and for students to get feedback from their applied faculty member; students should perform works with which they are comfortable.The deadline for registration is Saturday, April 5!
