Preliminary rounds will occur December 3-5 in Kobacker Hall, beginning each day at 9 a.m. The final round of competition will take place December 6 beginning at 10 a.m. in Kobacker. Winners of the competition will be featured soloists with the BG Philharmonia on February 14, 2026.

Six faculty members will share practical frameworks that address key dimensions of AI learning: how generative AI works, how to craft effective prompts, how to recognize bias, how to navigate ethical questions, and how to maintain essential human oversight. You’ll engage directly with each presenter’s materials through guided discussion and hands-on activities, leaving with adaptable resources and concrete strategies you can implement right away. Discover ways to integrate AI literacy into your courses while fostering critical thinking about emerging technologies.Why you should attend:Identify key dimensions of AI literacy relevant to your discipline. Incorporate AI literacy concepts into your course materials using cross-disciplinary examples.
