BGSU Athletics Announces CCHA Playoff-Themed Auction with LiveSource LLC
BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - BGSU Athletics is announcing a CCHA Playoff-themed auction in partnership with the newLiveSource LLC platform recently brought on board for online auctions and other Falcon fundraising efforts. The auction is currently open HERE, and will close on March 22nd at 9 pm, the day after the CCHA Mason Cup Championship.
The LiveSource platform makes it incredibly easy and convenient for Falcons fans and fanatics to take part in auctions on souvenirs and experiences from wherever on whatever device they prefer to use.
This auction includes a treasure trove of BGSU Hockey and Slater Family Ice Arena souvenirs, including multiple BGSU Hockey team-worn jerseys. There are also a series of BGSU team banners which have hung in honor at Slater Family Ice Arena for many years, including a vintage 1983-84 NCAA National Champions Banner and several other team banners recognizing many eras of Falcon Hockey success. The auction even stretches across the venue's ice skatinghistory, featuring banners hung in recognition of Scott Hamilton and Alissa Czisny.
"We are thrilled to offer these priceless relics of our BGSU Ice Hockey and arena history to the fans," stated BGSU Senior Associate Athletic Director Dan Meyer. "As we update the Slater Family Ice Arena in all ways, this felt like a great way to give our loyal Falcon Hockey supporters a chance to own a piece of our history!"
