- Falcons Fall to USNDTP to Close Out Exhibition GamesPLYMOUTH, Mich – The Bowling Green Falcons (15-10-4, CCHA 11-74) fell to the U.S. National Under-18 team by a score of 6-4. In the loss, sophomore Nick O'Hanisan scored his first goal of the season for the Falcons.
- OHSAA Regional Hockey Returns To Slater Family Ice ArenaBOWLING GREEN, Ohio - OHSAA Regional Hockey is returning to Bowling Green State University for the first time in over 25 years. The Northwest Hockey Regional will be played at Tam O Shanter before coming to the Slater Family Ice Arena on the campus of Bowling Green State University on Saturday, Feb. 15 for the Quarterfinals and the remainder of the tournament.
- BGSU Hockey Set for Final Exhibition Against USNDTP in Plymouth, Mich.BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green Falcons (15-10-4, CCHA 11-7-4) will finish exhibition play for the 2024-25 season against the USNDTP in Plymouth, Mich. This will mark the first time in program history that the Falcons have competed against the US National Under-18 Team.
- 21 Falcons Named to CCHA All-Academic TeamBOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Central Collegiate Hockey Associate (CCHA) announced Wednesday (February 12) the announced the 2024-25 All-Academic Team and 160 student-athletes have been recognized for maintaining a grade point average of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.00 scale). In addition, 102 student-athletes have earned CCHA Scholar-Athlete Team honors for achieving a grade point average of 3.50 or higher.
- Falcon Hockey Splits Series with St. ThomasBOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green Falcons (15-10-4, CCHA 11-7-4) fell to the St. Thomas Tommies (12-13-5, CCHA 9-9-4) by a score of 2-1. BGSU recorded a season high 57 shots on goal. Senior Ryan O'Hara extended his goal scoring streak to three goals in three games with five points over two series.
- BGSU Soars to 4-1 Win Over St. Thomas TommiesBOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green Falcons (15-9-4, CCHA 11-6-4) defeated the St. Thomas (11-13-5) by a score of 4-1. In the win, 10 BGSU skaters recorded at least one point.
- Falcons Host Crucial CCHA Conference Series Against St. ThomasBOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green Falcons (14-9-4, CCHA 10-6-4) will host the St. Thomas Tommies (11-12-5, CCHA 8-8-4) with six crucial CCHA points on the line. The Orange and Brown will be looking for their first wins this season against St. Thomas.
- Scardina Earns CCHA Forward of the Week After Four Point Outing Against the WildcatsBOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Central Collegiate Hockey Association has recognized four student-athletes as its Players of the Week for the previous week of competition. Bowling Green's Ethan Scardina was named CCHA Forward of the Week, his first CCHA honor of the season and his career. Scardina finished the weekend with four points: 2G, 2A, 4P over a two-game series against Northern Michigan.
- Falcons Sweep Wildcats on the Road with a 5-2 WinMARQUETTE, Mich. – The Bowling Green Falcons (14-9-4, CCHA 10-6-4) defeated the Northern Michigan Wildcats (4-23-1, CCHA 3-16-1) by a score of 5-2. In the win, junior Eric Parker scored his first goal of the season. Junior Brett Pfoh finished the game with three assists for his first three point and assists game of the season.
- Falcons Claim Two Points with Niedermayer’s Overtime Winner Against Northern MichiganMARQUETTE, Mich. – The Bowling Green Falcons (13-9-4, CCHA 9-6-4) defeated the Northern Michigan Wildcats (4-22-1, CCHA 3-15-1) in overtime by a score of 3-2. In the win, graduate Tommy Pasanen scored his first goal of the season. Senior Jackson Niedermayer scored the game-winner at the 4-minute mark of the overtime period.
