Through the lenses of purpose, compassion, connection, and balance, the session explores definitions and effects of burnout while sharing practical approaches to foster well-being. Afterward, we’ll discuss key takeaways and share insights on creating supportive work environments. Light refreshments will be provided.Learning Outcomes:In this session, you will:Define burnout and its key characteristics and potential impacts on faculty.
