In the session, you will work with the Virtual Simulation Team to develop a virtual simulation to help your learners practice a variety of interpersonal skills, including communication, empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution. By the end, you will have a fully developed, ready-to-use simulation that can be integrated directly into your teaching or training.Why you should attend:Identify key skills your learners need and incorporate them into a virtual simulation. Develop measurable objectives, realistic pushbacks, and a believable context for a simulation. Develop a virtual simulation that gives learners a chance to practice key interpersonal skills. Create a simulation outline that can serve as a template for future scenarios.
