- Falcons, Flashes To Face Off Twice At Stroh This WeekendBOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University volleyball team will be back at the Stroh Center this weekend, hosting the Kent State Golden Flashes for a pair of matches. Bowling Green and Kent State are scheduled for a 6 p.m. start on Friday (Oct. 25) while Saturday (Oct. 26) is set for a 5 p.m. first serve. Friday night is Trick or Treat at the Stroh Center while Saturday is Alumnae Day.
- Falcons Log Second-Straight Sweep With 3-0 Victory Over ZipsAKRON, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University volleyball team tallied their second sweep in as many days, topping Akron in a 3-0 final Friday night (Oct. 18). After taking the first two sets in extra points, including a 30-point first set, the Falcons claimed a 25-18 third set for the victory. BGSU has now won 10 straight over the Zips all-time and moved to 12-8 on the season as well as 7-2 in the Mid-American Conference.
- Volleyball, Hockey Start Times Adjusted For Oct. 26, Nov. 16BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University athletic department made changes to the schedules for Saturday, Oct. 26 and Saturday, Nov. 16. Both volleyball and hockey have had their start times adjusted for Oct. 26. Volleyball against Kent State will now be a 5 p.m. first serve at the Stroh Center while hockey against Ohio State is now set for a 7:37 p.m. puck drop at Slater Family Ice Arena. As for Nov. 16, volleyball against Ohio has been moved back to a 6 p.m. start.
- Falcons Secure Win In Western New York With 3-0 Sweep Over BuffaloBUFFALO, N.Y. – The Bowling Green State University volleyball team swept the first-place Buffalo Bulls Thursday night (Oct. 17), taking a 3-0 final to secure the team's 12th-straight win over the Bulls. The Falcons held Buffalo to a .030 hitting percentage for the match and didn't allow them to reach 20 points in the set on their way to the sweep. Bowling Green is now 11-8 overall while being 6-2 in the Mid-American Conference.
- BGVB Returns To The Road For Matches At Buffalo, AkronBOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University volleyball team will be back on the road this weekend, taking on Buffalo Thursday (Oct. 17) and Akron Friday (Oct. 18). The Falcons head into the weekend with a 5-2 MAC record, tied for second in the standings, while Buffalo tops the MAC standings with a 6-1 record and Akron enters at 4-3, sixth in the standings. Both matches for the Falcons are set for 6 p.m. starts and will be available to stream on ESPN+.

- Falcons Look To Continue Strong MAC Start Against EMU, CMU At HomeBOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University volleyball team will remain at home this week, hosting both Eastern Michigan and Central Michigan at the Stroh. BGSU will first host EMU on Thursday (Oct. 10) followed by CMU on Friday (Oct. 11), both set for 6 p.m. first serves. The Falcons head into the week with a 5-0 MAC standing, giving BGSU sole possession of first in the conference.
- Mettille, Otten, Tyler Sweep MAC Weekly Awards For FalconsCLEVELAND, Ohio – The Mid-American Conference announced the MAC Players of the Week Monday afternoon (Oct. 7). Bowling Green swept all three awards for the week with Mia Tyler being named the MAC Offensive Player of the Week, Alexis Mettille the MAC Defensive Player of the Week and Amanda Otten the MAC Setter of the Week. For Tyler this is her second career honor and first of the season. For Mettille, this marks her first weekly honor with BGSU. As for Otten, this is her third overall and second for Setter of the Week. The three join Jessica Andrews as Falcons to be named this year after Andrews was Defensive Player of the Week on Sept. 16.
- Falcons Tally Fifth Win In Nine Days With 3-0 Sweep Over Western MichiganBOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University volleyball team continued a stretch of five wins in nine days to begin MAC play, topping Western Michigan in three sets on Saturday (Oct. 5). The Falcons registered a .282 hitting percentage in the win, advancing to 5-0 in conference play for the third time in the last five seasons. As a team, the Falcons set new season-high marks for a three-set match in kills (45), digs (54) and assists (40). Bowling Green will remain at home for their next two matches, hosting Eastern Michigan on Thursday (Oct. 10) and Central Michigan on Friday (Oct. 11).
